About Us

Welcome to Refuge

Our vision at Refuge is expressed as "Knowing Jesus! Making Jesus Known!". More specifically "Knowing Jesus" through Discipleship and "Making Jesus Known" through the Gospel.

As such, Refuge exists to bring glory to God by making disciples of Jesus Christ through gospel-centered worship, community, service and witness.

One church leader defines the gospel as "The story of God reconciling and redeeming a broken creation and fallen creatures to Himself through the life, death, resurrection and future return of Jesus Christ". Our hope and desire then at Refuge is to make the gospel as expressed in our vision of "Knowing Jesus! Making Jesus Known!" the center of all that we do. It is what directs and defines us. It is our identity.
