Pray For Brenda

Our friend Jim has an Evangelical site called Washed Red and this prayer request came through on his site. Please join us in prayer for Brenda.

"I do believe in God almighty, but I am a sinner and my problem is with stealing. I have prayed to God to help me with my problem and I have tried so hard to keep from doing it, but I find myself stopping for a period of time and then I am back at it again. I really want to stop and be faithful to God, but I don't know what is wrong with me. I get so angry with myself and after doing it I feel so guilty. I can't sleep and I cry, I say I am not going to do it again, but it does not work. I have searched for a program/counseling, that perhaps I could attend, something like AA, but have not be successful in doing so. I think I need help with trying to overcome my problem, so I am asking for prayer that maybe could be a beginning for me to stop this awful problem that I have.
